Bus timings & pickup location to the race location

Details on Bus pick up

📍 Pick-up Location: Pétanque Court (between AJC and Paris Shopping).

To all runners, if you paid for bus transportation, you are required to be at the bus pick up location at given time below.
The buses will begin transporting runners to the race location at 5:10 am.

BUSES ARRIVAL: 5:00 am

ELITE (27 km) & CHALLENGER (16 km) runners who purchased bus transport: please be at the bus pick-up location between 5:00–5:20 AM.
⏰ Last bus departs Port Vila at 5:30 AM.

FAMILY (12 km) runners who purchased bus transport: please be at the bus pick-up location between 6:00–6:20 AM.
⏰ Last bus departs Port Vila at 6:30 AM.

🚌 Each bus will be numbered. A printed list of registered/paid runners will be available, and teams will be assigned accordingly.

⚠️ We will be on time with all Departures, so we highly recommend that you start arranging your transportations to the pick up location in town.

In other notes, we recommend that you prepare all your carry on for the trail the night before the trail.
